In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "66wins" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://66wins.cam, including all services, features, games, promotions, and content offered thereon.
• "Platform" means the 66wins website, any associated mobile interface, and all software infrastructure supporting the delivery of gaming services.
• "Player," "You," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the 66wins Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the 66wins Platform.
• "Real-Money Gaming" means any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a Player's 66wins Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player by 66wins subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required prior to real-money gaming activity.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body for gaming in the Philippines.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" is the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the functional currency of all transactions on 66wins.

By accessing the 66wins Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 66wins. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 66wins.

Access to real-money gaming services on the 66wins Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform and placing any wager;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, temporary exclusion, or cooling-off period on the 66wins Platform or any related platform;
• You must not be registered on any national or Platform-level exclusion list that restricts your participation in online gaming;
• You must have the legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding contracts;
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any third party in relation to your Account or wagers.

66wins strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. If 66wins becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a minor has registered an Account, that Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

To access real-money gaming on 66wins, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one Account on the 66wins Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household — are strictly prohibited. 66wins employs technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your 66wins Account. You must not share your login details with any other person. 66wins strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access to 66wins support promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any point 66wins determines is reasonably necessary, you will be required to complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and, where required, proof of address or source of funds. 66wins reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

All financial transactions on the 66wins Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

66wins currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Credit/Debit cards. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice, though 66wins will endeavour to maintain prominent notification of any changes on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposited funds must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 66wins is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 66wins reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as indicated on the Platform, but 66wins cannot guarantee specific timeframes where delays are attributable to third-party financial institutions including Philippine banks and e-wallet providers.

5.4 Currency & Exchange

All wagers, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso. 66wins does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required prior to depositing is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.

66wins offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made;
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they convert to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• 66wins reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. In cases where a promotion has already been accepted and acted upon by a Player, 66wins will endeavour to honour the original terms wherever reasonably practicable;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any coordinated strategy to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension;
• Bonus Funds credited in error must be reported to 66wins support immediately. 66wins reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited funds at any time.

All games offered on the 66wins Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, lucky dice, sabong, and all other game categories — are subject to their respective individual game rules displayed within the Platform interface, as well as the following general provisions:

• A wager is considered final and binding once confirmed within the Platform. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details, including stake amount, selection, and odds, before confirming;
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction that materially affects the outcome or recording of a wager, 66wins reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account;
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account balance at the conclusion of each game round or event settlement. 66wins does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game and reserves the right to withdraw or replace games at any time;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are as displayed on the Platform. These limits may vary by game category, table, and Player account tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66wins Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a non-human or automated manner;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 66wins immediately;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated strategies designed to extract value from promotional offers without legitimate gameplay intent;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the technical integrity of the 66wins Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

All content on the 66wins Platform — including but not limited to the 66wins brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 66wins or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 66wins Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 66wins content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the 66wins brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 66wins shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, network issues, or events outside 66wins's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or any unauthorized access to your Account that you failed to report promptly;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content presented on the Platform that may contain errors or inaccuracies;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 66wins Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

66wins is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm among its player base. The following tools and policies are available to all 66wins Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling period to protect against impulsive decisions;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate notifications that alert them after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply for a temporary suspension of their Account for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they need a longer break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the elected period;
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen session duration reminders are available for all game categories.

66wins reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as specified by 66wins;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on the Account;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring Account action;
• Detection of multi-accounting or account sharing;
• At the Player's own request, including via self-exclusion.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach by the Player), 66wins reserves the right to withhold and forfeit some or all Account balances, including real-money and bonus funds, pending investigation or as a result of established policy violations. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request or for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, outstanding real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method subject to KYC clearance.

66wins collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account on 66wins, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the 66wins Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

In summary, 66wins processes your personal data for the purposes of: account registration and management; KYC and fraud prevention; transaction processing; responsible gaming compliance; and service improvement. 66wins does not sell personal data to third parties. 66wins reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — 66wins will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Players via their Account notification settings or registered contact.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 66wins Platform following the posting of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact 66wins support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 66wins Platform, you agree to first seek resolution through 66wins customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

66wins's decision on all matters relating to gameplay outcomes, account actions taken in accordance with these Terms, and platform operations shall be final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process described above.
